Our Engineer Team

Raul is a Chemical Engineer with more than 40 years of expertise, and we are proud to have him on our engineer team. He has a Managerial Engineering post graduate degree and has experience in nuclear power generation. Most of his career has been spent with Monsanto in polystyrene, nutrients, and agrochemicals. He also was a team member for the PET Recycling Advance Project for Coca-Cola. Raul has been teaching Project and Industrial courses at the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional (UTN) for 15 years. Raul and his company, Brain Quim, brings engineering service and management assistance to a wide range of companies. In his free time, Raul likes to ride bikes and enjoys water sports including fishing. Raul has a colloquial English level and a familiarity with Portuguese.

Ing. Prof. Osei-Wusu Achaw is the Managing Director and Senior Engineer at EBL Engineering. He holds BSC and MSc degrees in chemical engineering from the Technical University of Budapest, Budapest, Hungary and a PhD in chemical engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. He is also an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Department of Chemical Engineering of Kumasi Technical University, where he has taught courses in chemical product development and chemical process design. He has several years of experience consulting for the chemical and allied industries in Ghana. He enjoys swimming, being alone and reading.

Mr. Ebenezer Blay is the Operations Manager at EBL Engineering Ltd, where he has worked as a Lead process engineer since 2016. He holds a BTech in chemical engineering from Kumasi Technical Engineering. In addition, he holds Graduate Diploma in Oil and Gas Engineering, Operation and Maintenance and a PGD in Oil and Gas Exploration and Drilling. He has many years of experience in the design, starts up, and operation of chemical processes. He particularly enjoys taking up new challenges and ensuring the efficiency of processing plants for clients. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf, reading and playing the piano.

Naresh Hinduja heads Swan Enterprises Pvt Ltd. which specializes in Design, Manufacturing and installation of column Internals. He has been in the business for 35 years. Swan also carries out critical jobs for customers requiring capacity expansion solutions. In addition, Swan Manufactures Desalter Internals, Refractory linings like Hexmesh, Anchors Tabs etc. Special attention is given to customers having emergency requirements for their turn arounds and emergency shutdowns.

Yusri Ahmat is a professional registered engineer with Board of Engineer under the Mechanical Engineering discipline. He had more than 20 years of engineering design and Project management. At his leisure time playing golf will be part of his interest.

Sameer Hamid Dodhy is a graduate engineer from Auburn University USA. He serves as the CEO of The Indus Basin Company, an importer and manufacturer's representative agency founded in Pakistan in 1961. The business enjoys positive working connections with numerous industrial sectors, including petrochemicals (fertilizer and refineries), power generation, oil and gas, and chemical industries. He is good at describing the features and benefits of products to customers and has a strong desire to concentrate on client retention. He also has competence in proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues. He is involved with a number of business and social organizations. He was Pakistan's first District Director for Toastmasters International. He enjoys reading and cooking in his spare time.
